Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, retail, or related fields.
• Experience leveraging large data sets to identify insights that drive decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to develop analytical models using Excel, Access, SQL, or similar tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence management and stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating insights.
• Experience coaching analysts and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and billing of $500M+ in vendor funding.
• Serve as SME on vendor funding, profitability analysis, and P&L management.
• Partner with Merchandising leadership to identify profit risks and opportunities.
• Lead funding opportunity identification through analysis and business partnership.
• Develop and present financial analyses, forecasts, and reporting for decision making.
• Coach and develop a team of two analysts and drive a high-performing culture.
• Prioritize workload and ensure timely delivery of analyses and reporting.
• Identify and implement process enhancements for funding management.
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses related to vendor funding.
