Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Analytics to partner with the Paramount Products & Experiences team. You will drive insights from diverse data sources to shape retail strategy, monitor POS performance, and inform major initiatives across consumer products, licensing and experiences.

You will translate complex datasets into clear narratives, prepare presentations for senior leadership, and work with BI to build scalable data tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on analytics experience.
• Experience handling large datasets and deriving insights.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Python; AI/ML a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as thought partner to business teams with data-driven insights for strategic planning and initiatives.
• Create clear data stories and impactful presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.
