Job summary

The Senior Manager Responsible Gaming at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas leads the education and GameSense initiatives, driving training, content, surveys, and materials with autonomy.

You will design and deliver sessions, own materials across digital platforms, assess effectiveness, and coordinate with IT and marketing to implement guest awareness surveys. A Bachelor's in business or related field is required, with 4+ years of training experience; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in corporate training or related fields.
• Experience in compliance, responsible gaming, or marketing is preferred.
• Master's degree and 5+ years in leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of responsible gaming training and programs.
• Design and deliver training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Own training materials and ensure brand alignment across platforms.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Coordinate with IT and marketing to implement surveys and tools.
• Represent MGM Resorts at industry events related to responsible gaming.
