Walgreens is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager to lead the operations and growth of our Responsible AI program. The role collaborates across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Data, Security, and Privacy to ensure ai is developed, deployed, and governed in a trustworthy manner aligned with company values.

Location: Deerfield, Illinois — Hybrid schedule requiring four days in the office and one day remote each week.

Responsibilities

• Provides managerial oversight and functional leadership for team members and contractors involved in the delivery of technology compliance activities.
• Coaches and mentors staff on continual improvement of their technology compliance skills.
• Develops, reviews and/or presents proposals, project plans, status reports, and other information for diverse audiences.
• Responsible for remediation and risk mitigation planning, execution and oversight within the compliance program.
• Influences individuals within and outside the department.
• Identifies developmental needs of project team members and acts as a mentor, schedules work and delegates authority.
