Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Supervisor for Research Institute Administration to oversee daily operations and coordinate executive support staff. The role requires managing personnel, ensuring regulatory and quality standards, and providing cross-coverage for executive leaders.

Preferred candidates have formal supervisory experience in a health care setting and may hold a background as an Executive Assistant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in an executive health care setting preferred.
• Current Executive Assistant, or similar experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordination of executive support staff within Research Institute Administration.
• Manage personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, customer service, and executive standards.
• Provide administrative program support and cross coverage to executive leaders as needed.
• Ensure staffing of executive committees, councils and initiatives and support senior leader functions.
