A leading data provider is seeking a Senior Manager in Research to oversee a medium team and drive business development. The role involves managing client relationships, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating across departments to enhance product strategies. Ideal candidates will have extensive market research experience and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Management of a Medium Team: Managing 2-5 direct reports, supporting the execution of client deliverables and team development.
Business Development and Account Leadership: Partner with Sales to increase client acquisition and retention, act as the primary research partner, participate in client meetings, assist in project positioning and proposals, and present final deliverables.
Delivery of Insights: Oversee teams in designing, managing, analyzing, and delivering research insights, including visualization through dashboards, crosstabulations, and PowerPoint presentations.
Liaison between Sales, Product, and Operations: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent delivery and service, review research objectives, communicate project goals, oversee deliverables, and manage team efforts.
Product Development: Support refinement, testing, and execution of product strategies and innovation initiatives.
