What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage grants administration in all phases of research grant and contract administration
- Train and supervise grant managers in research administration and fund management
- Advise on grant/contract proposal development and review submissions for compliance
- Oversee financial management of research funding and monitor fund statements
- Develop and implement tools and systems to enhance grant coordination and proposal activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration required; Master’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of grant administration or finance managerial experience required
- 5-7 years of grant administration or finance experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Teams, and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
