• 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, workforce management, or operational support functions.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing reporting, analytics, operational support, or business intelligence teams.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results through others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, contact centers or BPO environments.
