Target is hiring a Senior Manager Safety within Risk Management to balance proactive protection and real-time mitigation of risks across the Supply Chain network. You will lead safety activation, develop safe processes, and partner with Risk Management, Supply Chain and HQ leadership to ensure compliance and measurable outcomes.

The role requires project management discipline, ability to influence without authority, and strong communication to elevate safety topics across multiple programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Industry certification in Safety (CSP), Ergonomics or related field.
• 6-8 years of business experience with strong problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety activation across the Supply Chain network; plan, coordinate and implement priority safety initiatives.
• Drive safe processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations; apply lean principles and hierarchy of controls.
• Identify risk areas within activation projects; implement corrective actions through cross-functional alignment.
• Elevate and report critical issues, compliance gaps and emerging risks across the network.
• Support activation readiness, risk assessment, issue resolution and implementation activities.
