Forvis Mazars US is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Middle Market Risk & Regulatory practice. You will lead regulatory compliance engagements for community banks, credit unions, regional financial institutions, and other financial services organizations.

You will manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines, staffing, and relationships with clients, executives, and regulators. Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and risk management is essential, along with ability to

Responsibilities

Lead complex regulatory compliance consulting, internal audit, testing, and remediation engagements.
Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned clients.
Establish engagement scope, workplans, budgets, timelines, and staffing requirements.
Monitor engagement economics, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
Communicate findings to executive management, boards, and regulators.
Identify client needs and coordinate resources across the firm.
Lead reviews of consumer lending, HMDA, CRA, BSA/AML, and related programs.
Provide technical leadership and conduct engagement quality reviews.
