Forvis Mazars US is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for the Middle Market Risk & Regulatory practice to lead regulatory compliance engagements for community banks, credit unions, and regional financial institutions. You will guide engagement scope, budgets, and staffing while communicating findings to executives and regulators.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, oversee risk assessments, and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and business development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in banking regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit, or financial services consulting.
• Experience across multiple regulatory areas including consumer compliance, CRA, HMDA, BSA/AML, and regulatory examinations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory compliance engagements, internal audit, testing, and remediation.
• Serve as primary relationship contact for assigned clients.
• Set engagement scope, workplans, budgets, timelines, and staffing.
• Monitor engagement economics, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Communicate findings to executives, boards, and regulators.
• Identify client needs and coordinate resources across the firm.
• Develop trusted relationships with financial institution executives.
