Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, Shareholder Reporting to deliver accurate, time-sensitive regulatory reports and filings for shareholders and regulators. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and drive process controls to reduce risk while supporting Fidelity’s funds.

You will collaborate with data, audit, and legal teams to streamline workflows, automate where possible, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements within a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of financial services experience in mutual funds or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and risk frameworks.
• Experience designing and leading automated processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across all management levels.
