SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs will lead the regulatory compliance and labeling function, ensuring that products comply with all applicable regulations, laws, and standards in the markets where they are sold. This position requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This person serves as the internal expert for food regulations.

The job is responsible for label content, including allergens.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees in the Research and Development Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field, Masters preferred or prior experience.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
