Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Manager, Referral Coordination to lead a team of Referral Coordinators across multiple markets, including Milwaukee. You will drive standardized referral processes, optimize network utilization, and partner with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, care coordination expertise, and data-driven decision making to improve member access and care quality in a value-based model.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in care coordination, case management, utilization management, population health, or quality improvement; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of care coordination processes, referral management workflows, utilization trends, and analytics.
• Ability to translate data into operational improvements and business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Referral Coordinators, fostering accountability and member-centered service.
• Manage performance through onboarding, goal setting, coaching, and evaluations.
• Monitor team metrics and drive engagement, retention, and career growth.
