Job summary

Colliers International in the United States is seeking a Manager, Financial Analytics to lead sophisticated financial models and analytics for occupier and landlord engagements across multi-market portfolios. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or real estate finance.
• Experience leading complex real estate transaction analyses for occupiers/tenants.
• Advanced Excel skills with dynamic financial models.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Executive communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analytics for multi-market occupier and broker client engagements.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decisions.
• Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions.
• Establish standardized methodologies while accommodating client needs.
• Collaborate with leadership and transaction teams to implement financial frameworks.
• Develop and maintain complex models evaluating real estate alternatives.
• Analyze occupancy costs, cash flows, and capital expenditures for recommendations.
