Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field.
• 2–4+ years' experience in commercial real estate investments, debt capital markets, or property management.
• Advanced proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and Excel with levered cash flow modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex real estate financial & investment analysis using ARGUS Enterprise and Excel for valuations and dispositions.
• Operate and optimize sophisticated financial models for properties with cash flow.
• Conduct lease, tenant, and property level financial analyses.
• Support client presentations, responses to RFPs, and pitches; collaborate with brokers and deal teams.
• Create accurate pitch books and offering memoranda; improve internal processes.
