Job summary

Alcanza is seeking a Sr. Manager of Facilities & Real Estate to lead the real estate portfolio, site selection, lease negotiations, and construction projects.

You will drive occupancy readiness, vendor management, and facilities operations across multiple sites to support business needs and employee experience. The role requires strong project management, budget oversight, and ability to collaborate with leadership to align real estate decisions with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or related field.
• Solid experience with real estate contracts and leases, contract terminology, construction projects and timelines, and multi-site facility operations.
• Experience with budgets and capital projects management.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate strategy through site selection, feasibility assessments, and portfolio planning.
• Manage lease renewals, amendments, and landlord relationships.
• Oversee construction, renovation, and tenant improvements from planning to completion.
• Ensure facilities are safe, operational, and occupancy-ready; manage space planning and workplace improvements.
• Lead vendor sourcing, contracts, budgets, schedules, and performance.
