Qualifications

• Doctorate/ Master/ Bachelor/ Associate/ HS with biotech/pharma operations experience.
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis.
• Strong leadership of teams and projects; ability to partner with finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end budget management and execution for R&D orgs.
