Is the TJC liaison for Crittenton and is responsible for oversight and direction of organization-wide Joint Commission compliance initiatives. Proactively pursues opportunities to improve organizational performance by leading agency-wide quality outcomes activities, and providing structure and direction for clinical improvements, patient safety, and risk reduction. Facilitates compliance with regulatory standards. Responsible for patient advocacy and responds immediately to the needs of a patient or patients' family in dealing with problems or crises and recommends corrective action or policy changes. Works closely with senior administrators, medical staff, Health Information, Privacy Coordinator, and others to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Chairs and serves on entity-level committees and task forces as assigned. Serves as a member of the Administrative Council and contributes to the annual strategic planning process.
