Job description

Job Title: TJC Liaison

Job Description: The TJC liaison for Crittenton is responsible for overseeing and directing organization-wide Joint Commission compliance initiatives. This role involves proactively identifying opportunities to improve organizational performance through agency-wide quality outcomes activities, and providing structure and guidance for clinical improvements, patient safety, and risk reduction. The liaison facilitates compliance with regulatory standards and advocates for patients, responding promptly to patient or family issues, recommending corrective actions or policy changes. Collaboration with senior administrators, medical staff, Health Information, Privacy Coordinators, and others is essential to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role also includes chairing and participating in entity-level committees and task forces, serving as a member of the Administrative Council, and contributing to strategic planning processes.
