Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled recruitment manager to own end-to-end recruitment for qualitative and UX research programs. You will coordinate vendors, participants, and internal teams while aligning client needs with actionable field plans.

You will manage domestic and international projects across time zones, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Strong communication, independence, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Project Management Certification is a bonus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience project managing qualitative research methodologies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic studies, domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Creative, flexible, and collaborative approach to solving problems and meeting client needs.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment management for qualitative and UX research studies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment topics throughout project engagements.
• Translate client requirements into actionable field plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and research participants.
• Manage multiple complex domestic and international projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with clients across global markets and time zones, adjusting working hours as needed.
• Confirm and communicate project fieldwork schedules, logistics, and details.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor bids and brief vendors on project specifications.
• Draft and review recruitment screening questionnaires.
• Track project fieldwork budgets and monitor or approve vendor invoices.
• Identify fieldwork problems and implement solutions.
• Enforce standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve fieldwork quality and client experience.
