Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing – Specialty Medicine to drive provider-focused engagement and growth. You will translate insights into personas, craft value propositions, and lead GTM campaigns across web, email, paid, organic, and field channels, ensuring consistent messaging and asset delivery.
You will collaborate with Insights, Brand, Channel Marketing, and Sales to deliver clinically relevant provider experiences.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years in healthcare marketing or provider-focused roles.
- Experience developing personas, messaging, and GTM strategies for clinical/provider audiences.
- MBA preferred with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
Responsabilidades
- Translate market insights into provider personas and value propositions.
- Plan and execute GTM campaigns to grow provider engagement and relationships.
- Create clear briefs for channels and coordinate across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Develop high-quality, research-driven content for multiple channels.
- Monitor market trends and optimize messaging based on data.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies to deliver assets.
