Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Sr. Manager to own provider data accuracy end to end, from validation to publication to our member directory.

You will lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team, ensure CMS Medicare Advantage compliance, and drive a data-driven roadmap with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and network leadership. You will oversee scalable processes, QA frameworks, and a meticulous approach to audits while shaping a directory that improves member access to high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years in relevant roles, with 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience in health plan or healthcare operations with provider data ownership.
• Familiarity with CMS Medicare Advantage directory requirements and audits.
• Ability to analyze data sets and translate insights into actions.
• Proven track record of building repeatable operational processes and QA workflows.
• Strong communication to influence across compliance, network, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own provider data accuracy end to end across intake, credentialing, and publication.
• Lead provider directory compliance, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage and grow a hybrid onshore/offshore team with scalable processes.
• Improve signal-driven accuracy and prioritize verification work.
• Define metrics and SLAs for provider data accuracy; report to executives.
• Shape directory strategy with product, engineering, and network leads.
• Support care navigation by ensuring accurate clinician data and locations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to automate validation and manage vendors.
