Devoted Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Provider Data & Directory to own data accuracy end to end, from validation to publication.

You will lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team, drive regulatory compliance with CMS rules, and partner with product and engineering to automate validation processes. The role requires healthcare operations experience, data analysis skills, and the ability to translate metrics into a clear roadmap for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in healthcare operations with 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience with provider data, directory accuracy, credentialing, or network operations.
• Knowledge of CMS Medicare Advantage directory rules and regulatory guidance.
• Strong data analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Proven ability to build scalable operational processes with QA.

Responsibilities

• Own provider data accuracy end to end across roster intake, credentialing, and publication.
• Ensure provider directory compliance and respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Lead hybrid onshore/offshore team, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Improve signal-driven accuracy using scoring and verification queues.
• Define metrics and SLAs for data accuracy and report to executives.
• Partner with product and engineering to automate validation and manage vendors.
• Support care navigation by ensuring data drives steerage decisions (specialty, status, location, PCP).
