Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with data governance, attribution, and provider data quality.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to reconcile complex data issues across systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional issue resolution and process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data issues into business risk and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and reporting.
• Partner with health plan leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects that support business performance, regulatory needs, and customer experience.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audits, and regulatory validation through documentation and remediation.
• Identify root causes and drive improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
