Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Medicaid provider data integrity and attribution governance in Minnesota. You will partner across provider data, IT, analytics, claims, and compliance to ensure accurate, consistent downstream information.

You will drive governance routines, resolve data issues, and support regulatory validation, while mentoring teams to improve processes and operational reliability in a complex health care landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Medicaid/provider data governance and attribution.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across data, IT and operations.
• Strong data quality, validation and regulatory compliance focus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting reporting.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, and IT to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation.
• Identify defects, root causes, and drive process improvements.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination.
• 5+ years of Medicaid/managed care operations and analytics experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Translate complex data issues into actionable business risk and plans.
• Resolve provider data issues including identifiers and affiliations.
