Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a senior planning leader to oversee ESG IP&S scheduling and cross-functional programs. You will lead teams, set strategic direction, and manage complex schedules across departments.

The role requires extensive experience in scheduling tools, Earned Value Management, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at a senior level. This position offers visibility across the ESG organization and opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, business operations, change management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or similar tools.
• 5+ years of experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing employees and/or first-level managers through formal or informal leadership roles.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with schedule integration, baseline management, variance analysis, and schedule performance reporting.
