Job summary

Arrived Homes is seeking a Manager, Property Accounting in Seattle to lead the accounting operations for a growing portfolio of properties. You will own the month-end close, manage a dedicated team, and collaborate with Finance, Investments, and Operations to ensure accurate, audit-ready books.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, leveraging automation, and maintaining strong controls while supporting new property-related initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate.
• Experience leading month-end close and developing team members.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-entity or complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close across a portfolio of property issuers.
• Lead and mentor the Property Accounting Operations team and ensure timely closings.
• Oversee cash accounting, reconciliations, and controls; resolve discrepancies.
• Lead accounting for new property-related products and initiatives.
