Job summary

Rate is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Promo Store & Strategic Sourcing to own the internal promo store as a disciplined, data-driven business unit. You will manage profitability, margins, and inventory while building direct supplier relationships domestically and internationally.

The role requires hands-on leadership in strategic sourcing, product costing and vendor negotiations, with a focus on reducing costs and improving margins across SKUs and categories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or merchandising.
• Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of product costing, margins and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Own the Corporate Promo Store end-to-end, including profitability, margins and inventory.
• Identify and develop relationships with direct manufacturers and suppliers.
• Negotiate costs, MOQs, terms, and production timelines.
• Benchmark pricing to reduce costs and improve margins.
• Oversee purchasing with data-driven decisions on SKU performance.
• Provide leadership reporting on sales, margins and cost-saving opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations.
