Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Metallurgy required.
- At least five years in engineering or project management with industrial automation.
- Experience with metallurgical production lifecycles from melting to shipment.
- Experience with MES and production planning and optimization models.
- Proficiency with SDLC governance using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Power BI for portfolio KPIs.
- Experience with Monday.com for resource leveling and financial modeling.
- Strong customer-facing communication and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee P&L accountability for the project portfolio.
- Audit finances, manage cost-to-complete reporting, and budgets.
- Direct supervision of Project Managers and development roadmaps.
- Guide technical scoping and resource allocation across projects.
- Set portfolio guidelines and drive data analytics integration.
- Escalate risks and negotiate with clients and vendors.
