Job summary

You will align automation and digitalization portfolios with strategic goals and manage budgets and resource allocation. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical, Software, or Metallurgy and at least five years in industrial automation; experience with MES, production planning, and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Software/Metallurgy and 5+ years in automation and digitalization within metals.
• Experience with MES, production planning, and optimization models.
• Strong background in SDLC, Azure DevOps, and analytics for portfolio KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the project portfolio.
• Direct financial auditing, CTC reporting, and budgeting.
• Lead Project Managers and develop professional roadmaps.
• Define roadmap for integrating advanced data analytics into project lifecycle.
• Negotiate with major clients and vendors to resolve disputes.
