Entergy seeks a Manager, Project Management to lead project controls, governance, and commercial support for capital projects across the enterprise. You will ensure teams have the structure, tools, and guidance to execute safely and efficiently in alignment with Entergy standards.

You will oversee a team of Contract/Commercial Managers, validate change orders, manage commercial correspondence, and partner with project leadership to strengthen governance and standardize processes across EPC

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and consensus-building abilities.
• Technical understanding of Project Controls, Project Controls systems, and Project Management principles.

Responsabilidades

• Understands project safety culture and promotes safety across projects.
• Defines project organization structure and identifies required technical skills.
• Leads teams to align with corporate standards for project management and controls.
• Equips PM leaders with planning tools and ensures proper documentation, scheduling, and cost management.
• Supports reports and presentations for updates on key project pillars.
• Leads Commercial/Contract Management for EPC contracts, including change orders and contract compliance.
• Collaborates to strengthen commercial governance and standardize processes across projects.
