Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive team performance.
• Present portfolio status and KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Test leadership to manage resources and conflicts.
• Lead and develop teams, including supervisors or managers, across multiple projects.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and practices.
• Develop and champion new concepts or technologies to advance the business area.
• Oversee operational planning and implement functional strategies for near to mid-term results.
• Travel requirements less than 10%.
