The Opportunity

Spencer Ogden is exclusively partnered with this high-growth platform to appoint a Senior Manager, Project Finance. This is a core project finance role, ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with deep transactional experience across tax equity, construction debt, and permanent financing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project-level financings for solar + storage projects across the U.S., from early-stage capital strategy through to financial close.
• Own financial modeling and transaction structuring for tax equity, debt, and sponsor equity raises.
• Act as primary point of contact with capital providers, legal advisors, and consultants.
• Negotiate term sheets and legal documents, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Develop investment committee materials, scenario analyses, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay ahead of market trends and provide strategic financing insight to support project and portfolio growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in renewable energy project finance (solar and/or storage preferred).
• Track record of executing complex structured finance transactions independently.
• Deep knowledge of tax equity, debt markets, and capital structuring.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills.
• Experience from a developer, IPP, private equity fund, or investment bank.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) a plus.
