Candidate must be a US Citizen. Required knowledge includes capital and services cost, scope change management, and intermediate understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes. Proficiency in multiple discipline-specific software applications is necessary. The candidate should demonstrate skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving cost problems innovatively, with knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller account codes.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 7-10 years of relevant industry experience. Computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other basic software are essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required. Cost engineering or project management certification is preferred, with eligibility to attain certification within one year if not already certified. Ability to travel occasionally to Wiesbaden, Germany, is also required.
