Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy and governance.
• Lead design-build and other delivery model controls across portfolios.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, earned value, and change management.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive insights.
• Drive digital transformation of project controls platforms and workflows.
• Establish scalable document controls and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve profitability.
