Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
• Experience in program management, change leadership, and analytics preferred.

About the team: The People team for Walmart Connect seeks a Senior Manager to lead people enablement across the Global Advertising and Sam's Club Connect business, through strategic planning and program execution. The role combines HR partnership, technology adoption, analytics, and change leadership.

What you'll do...

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
