Walmart is seeking a Manager of Program Management for Spark Earnings Excellence (SEE) in Bentonville, AR. The role leads cross-functional teams to convert priorities into a cohesive strategy roadmap, monitor progress, and drive initiatives that align with company standards and growth objectives.

You will coach and mentor associates, ensure policy compliance, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area.
• 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Convert priorities into an integrated quarterly/annual strategy roadmap with outcomes, owners, dependencies, and measures.
• Maintain the roadmap and identify slippage, conflicts and required course corrections.
• Maintain the operating-model architecture: service catalog, taxonomy, RACIs, decision rights and key interfaces.
• Assess proposed organizational/process changes for impacts to these artifacts before implementation.
• Coordinate the annual and quarterly strategy process: strategic whitepapers, pillar goals, KPI frameworks, maturity aspirations and roadmap refreshes.

Position Summary...The Manager, Program Management, Spark Earnings Excellence (SEE) leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and effective communication to monitor progress, resolve critical issues, and deliver results aligned with company standards. The manager fosters associate development through coaching and mentoring while ensuring compliance with policies and ethical practices. By leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning, this position supports organizational goals and drives operational excellence across programs.

Our team partners closely with senior leadership, legal, compliance, operations, and product groups to maintain high standards in contractor earnings programs. We lead strategic initiatives that promote compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency while enhancing the contractor experience. By integrating project management, data management, and continuous improvement processes, we support sustainable growth and trust. Focused on operational excellence and effective problem solving, the team drives seamless execution and innovation across procure-to-pay activities, fostering strong partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes aligned with company goals.

What you'll do...

• Support AOP/LRP by connecting business strategy to capabilities, organization, headcount, market expansion and investment needs. Build scenarios and clearly articulate the assumptions behind capacity or capability asks.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
