You will mentor teams, define goals with senior leaders, and oversee process improvements aligned to company strategy, contributing to high performance and accountability across the business.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using Microsoft Office (intermediate) or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

About the team

The People team for Walmart Connect seeks a Senior Manager to lead people enablement across the Global Advertising and Sam's Club Connect business, through strategic planning and program execution. The role combines HR partnership, technology adoption, analytics, and change leadership.

What you’ll do

• The Sr Manager will oversee, workforce planning, and cyclical programs including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, engagement, and the Annual Operating Plan.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
