Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Finance professional in the United States to lead FP&A, EVMS, and EAC activities supporting program management. The role involves cost/schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and integrity of financial reporting for defense-related programs.

Responsibilities include developing baselines, maintaining program logs, funding planning, and providing guidance to PMs, IPT leads, and CAMs. Candidates must be eligible for U.S. government clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 5 years finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years finance experience.
Experience with EVMS and/or EAC.
Experience with SAP, Rplan, BW, PMX, and/or EDIT+; or similar tool.
Experience with FP&A concepts, systems, and processes.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Aid in program startup, program baseline development, project build out, IOT coordination.
Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Develop and support EAC / LRE development
Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.)
Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and CAMs
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting using standard tools
Develop accurate forecasts for monthly forecasts / AOP / 5YP processes
Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.)
Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes
Develop accurate forecasts in support of monthly forecasts / AOP / 5YP processes
Review of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Requirements
