Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is seeking a leadership-focused Product Engineering Manager to lead a team of 4–7 engineers responsible for product engineering on AMD Server silicon. You will drive test coverage, pre-silicon pattern requirements, and post-silicon issue resolution to meet business needs.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with characterization and test point optimization.
• Understanding pre-silicon pattern requirements and DV deliveries.
• Ability to drive yield, test time, and schedule improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop characterization and test coverage strategies.
• Establish pre-silicon pattern requirements and drive DV deliveries.
• Execute defined characterization and test plans on new silicon.
• Drive yield and quality improvements across wafer sort, final test, and SLT.
• Drive product performance optimization across Product Eng, Fab, Platform Validation and SW Eng.
• Ensure the defined product meets customer quality and company yield/test time/schedule requirements.
