Reynolds Consumer Products, headquartered in Lake Forest, IL, seeks a Senior Manager of Product Supply to lead end-to-end supply planning and strategy initiatives. This role partners with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics to translate growth plans into actionable supply plans and to optimize service, cost, cash, and risk.

The ideal candidate will oversee governance for demand, supply, inventory, and capacity, drive KPIs, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in product supply, supply planning, demand planning, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or related discipline, including at least 5 years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading integrated planning and product supply execution in complex, multi-site environments.

• Lead the development and execution of product supply strategies aligned with business, customer, financial, and operational priorities.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Innovation, and Logistics leaders to translate growth plans into executable supply plans.
• Own governance and operating rhythms for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and product availability with clear accountability.
• Drive reliable product availability and responsive issue resolution to support customer commitments and profitable growth.
• Lead initiatives to simplify planning processes, improve network utilization, and deliver sustainable cost and productivity benefits.
