Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of analytics experience in ed-tech or tech industry; 2–4+ years as a senior manager.
• Proven record in managing analysts or data scientists.
• Strong quantitative foundation with analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three analysts.
• Own program analytics measuring curriculum performance.
• Manage sprint execution and project execution.
