The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics within the ed-tech industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for education.

Compensation includes a salary of $175,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in analytics and data science with 2–4+ years as a senior manager.
• Proven track record managing and developing a team in data analytics.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in an analytics context.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and data scientists, providing guidance on analytics projects.
• Own program analytics to measure curriculum performance and student success.
• Manage project execution and delivery for the analytics team.
