Job Title: Senior Manager Product Owner (multiple openings)

Job Location: Riverwoods, IL

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Develops product family vision and roadmap – ensures alignment with Business Director and POs in the same product family. Partners with Business Director and POs developing, maintaining, and presenting the vision and overarching product roadmap to support business unit goals. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in an Operation Research Analyst-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following skillset: Designing and developing bulk data loads and automating ad hoc reports to provide dashboard views of transactions; Hosting Sprint planning; Identifying business requirements; Creating user stories or requirement documentation; Executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and continuous improvement; Monitoring reports with project reports and project summaries; and Working in an Agile and Scrum environment.

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $147,500 to $206,700. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
