Job Title: Product Owner (multiple openings)

Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features, and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Owner-related occupation.
Position required skills: Building and managing product roadmaps, Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Breakdown solutions into features and identify MVPs; Writing use cases and user acceptance testing cases; Managing projects using tools like JIRA, Loop Component, Daptiv, Asana, MS Project, or ServiceNow; Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel; Visual collaboration using MIRO, LeanIX, or Asana; Data visualization using Tableau or PowerBI.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.
Rate of Pay: The base pay generally ranges between $145,870.32 to $153,500. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
