Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features, and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team and ensure alignment with senior leadership (e.g., SPO, Dir, etc.). Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Owner-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Advanced Microsoft Office skills including spreadsheet creation and documentation in Excel; Visual collaboration using MIRO and LeanIX; Project management using JIRA, Loop Component, and Service Now; Data visualization using Tableau and Power BI; and Business process decision making and documentation using IBM BlueWorks Live.

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $126,755.00 to $159,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
