What You'll Do

This role is within AdTech, Product Management in DFS, Digital. You will drive development and adoption of data clean room products integrating with Media Partners like Meta, Amazon, Google, Pinterest for various Lines of Business (LOBs).

The Product Professional leads the development of the Product Vision at the Family level, driving business value and customer experience, while ensuring alignment and managing dependencies across teams and with cross-functional partners. The Senior Manager is a servant leader, managing team members, and recognized for contributions to the profession.

Develops and coaches teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks effectively.

How You'll Do It

• Develop and maintain Family Product vision; collaborate with stakeholders; align features and roadmap with business goals; leverage customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data; lead design, development, and implementation of new strategies; work cross-functionally to manage shared goals.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs; define and create prototypes (e.g., MVPs, POCs); synchronize with Product Family POs; define product family MVPs and priorities.
• Oversee product lifecycle activities; set business objectives; supervise product professionals; work with minimal supervision.
• Validate user stories; ensure testing frameworks; work with Data stewards to ensure data quality; evaluate product progress through iterations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics; develop insights; make strategic recommendations for performance improvements.
• Mentor teams; influence across teams; develop strategic partnerships; support go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with technology teams to optimize system features and infrastructure.
• Manage team performance, development, and culture; lead cross-functional dependencies; provide vision and direction.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
• 8+ years in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech Industry.
• In lieu of education, 10+ years of relevant experience.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Primarily stationary; indoor office environment; ability to operate office equipment; communicate verbally and in writing.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Martech or AdTech experience; data product experience within clean room platforms; 2+ years of People Management; Agile certifications; collaboration experience with engineering, sales, marketing teams; experience with data insights products in clean rooms.
