What You'll Do

This role is within AdTech, Product Management in DFS, Digital. You will drive the development and adoption of data clean room products integrating with media partners like Meta, Amazon, Google, Pinterest, etc., for various lines of business.

The Product Professional leads the development of the Product Vision at the Family level, driving business value and customer experience, while ensuring alignment and managing dependencies across teams and with cross-functional partners. The Senior Manager is a servant leader, managing team members, with deep knowledge to recognize patterns and contribute beyond dissection. Recognized externally for contributions to their profession.

Develops and coaches teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks effectively within their scope.

How You'll Do It

1. Develop and maintain the Family Product vision in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with business goals and leveraging customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data. Lead design, development, and implementation of new product strategies, managing shared goals across teams.
2. Establish KPIs and OKRs for the product team, ensuring alignment with senior leadership. Create prototypes (e.g., MVPs, POCs) to test and validate ideas before large-scale development. Synchronize with Product Family POs on prioritization and delivery.
3. Oversee product lifecycle activities for a portfolio, from strategy to market readiness. Set objectives, supervise professionals, and work with minimal supervision.
4. Validate user stories, ensure testing frameworks are in place, and collaborate with Data stewards to ensure data quality. Inspect and evaluate product progress through iterations.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, industry trends, and customer feedback to develop strategic recommendations for performance improvements.
6. Provide mentoring, fill knowledge gaps, and influence across teams. Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and technical feature development.
7. Manage teams, focusing on people development, performance, and building a culture of accountability. Lead cross-functional dependencies, partnerships, and strategic initiatives, including go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services, Tech, or related industries.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

Primarily stationary work, indoors, using office equipment, with communication in verbal and written forms. Accommodations available as needed.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Martech or AdTech experience, especially with data products within clean room platforms.
• 2+ years of People Management.
• Agile certifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Experience with engineering, sales, and marketing collaboration within data and insights products, including clean rooms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience with clean room research and POCs.

Additional Information
