Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead a data-driven analytics team and shape strategy that drives product direction and business outcomes. You will partner with product, design, and engineering to transform data into actionable insights that inform decisions across the company.

This hybrid role is based in New York City or Frisco, TX with onsite as needed; you’ll build cloud-native measurement models, own dashboards, and guide experiments from design to interpretation

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python experience applied to product analytics.
• Hands-on experience measuring in-app user behavior across mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B/multivariate experiments.
• Experience with modern analytics tools (Heap/Amplitude/Mixpanel).
• Ability to translate complex analytics into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and grow a team of analysts embedded across product areas.
• Build and maintain the authoritative measurement model for the in-app experience.
• Partner with product and design to optimize onboarding, feature adoption and engagement.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments across onboarding, notifications, and journeys.
• Own instrumentation standards and dashboards for real-time visibility and leadership storytelling.
